Your position
Reporting to the Corporate Secretarial Supervisor, your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clientele (public listed and private limited companies, branches and representative offices) in the area of advisory and compliance work in relation to the requirements of the relevant company legislations and regulations. Amongst a variety of secretarial tasks, you will be responsible in ensuring statutory and compliance issues are met, attending and taking minutes of meetings, releasing announcements via SGXNet to the stock exchange as well as handling immigration related matters
Your profile
- ICSA graduate or those pursuing, as well as Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Commerce/Law with 1-3 years corporate secretarial experience.
- Fresh graduates who have a strong interest to pursue a career in corporate secretarial are also welcomed to apply.
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office are essential.
