For our new Cyprus office, we are looking for a

Junior Financial Account Manager (m/f), English (and Greek) speaker 

Your position

Supports Intertrust in the bookkeeping and draft financial accounts for Cypriot client companies. 

Assists development of processes and procedures and assist in implementing the (IT) infrastructure for the office, in line the strategy and high quality and reporting standards of Intertrust. 

Futher you will have responsibilities in the accounting of a number of client companies:

  •  You will be in charge of the bookkeeping of a given number of dedicated files. You will prepare the accounting on the basis of the information contained in the file and provided by your colleagues;
  • You will provide the required information to auditors, banks and administrations. Furthermore, you will discuss balance sheets with clients and will assist the main contact person of a client file in accounting issues;
  • You will develop the ability to identify issues which should be reflected in the accounts, identify documentation that is needed, either directly or for the purposes of the audit, and you initiate the handling of such issues and documentation;
  • You will coordinate the preparation and the calculations of tax provisions and corporate tax returns;
  • Together with other colleagues, you attend client meetings.

Your profile

  • Holder of a professional diploma in accounting (or a bachelor or university degree in economics or finance)
  • You have gained experience in accounting and reporting;
  • You have good working knowledge of the English and Greek language;
  • Rigourous and very well organised, you are able to work in an autonomous way;
  • Used to working in a team, you have good social skills;
  • You are flexible and keen on continuously learning and improving your skills.
  • You work in Limassol;
  • You have a commercial attitude and a pragmatic approach enabling you to work in a dynamic environment and an ambitious company;
