Your function:

Team-support

  • Hands-on assisting the team in servicing our clients
  • Database management
  • Organising functions and client events
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Arranging internal / external meetings
  • Diary management
  • Handling telephone calls (client-contact)
  • Correspondence
  • Filing

Office-support

  • General office management activities
  • Assist in Financial Control
  • Act as host in high profile situations
  • Time management   

    The entrepreneurial environment and international nature of the business require you to have a strong personality and the ability to interact with all team members in order to get things done.

Your profile:

  • Relevant educational qualifications
  • Pro-active and confident with excellent communication skills
  • Well-organised, accurate and deadline focussed
  • Flexible
  • Team player
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English - a good working knowledge of another language is an asset
