Your Function
As Senior Business Development Officer, you will be building relationships with prospects and existing (inter)national clients and intermediaries. With your expertise in Irish Law, your primary focus will be to market the services of Intertrust Ireland - as well as other jurisdictions within the Intertrust Group - to acquire Trust assignments from clients and intermediaries.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Using your Irish legal expertise to develop business for the Company
- Initiating proposals focused on creating new business and developing existing business
- Supporting intermediaries to find optimal tax-structures for clients
- Giving input and advice on the Organization’s Business Development Plan
- Gaining optimal insight in markets and identifying development opportunities
- Establishing and adapting offers for clients
- Executing sales conversations with new and existing clients/intermediaries
- Negotiating and acquiring contracts with these parties
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling within Client Services Teams
- Providing reporting information to the Executive Commercial Director and to the Business Development Team Manager.
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in Irish Law (taxation).
- Approx. 5 years experience in a law firm, preferably an international practice.
- A dynamic personality, with real drive to succeed.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- A pro-active self-starter.
- Equally at ease working independently as part of a team.
- Self confident, hands-on, results orientated.
