Today Fortis Bank Nederland and BGL BNP Paribas finalized the sale of Intertrust to Waterland Private Equity Investments, having received all regulatory and other necessary approvals. The parties already signed the sale- and purchase agreement on 7 September 2009.

The sale enables the management of Intertrust and Waterland, as the new owner, to fully capture opportunities in the trust and corporate service sector.
