Amsterdam – 14 June 2017 – As part of the Parliamentary enquiry on fiscal structures in the Netherlands, Dick Niezing, Managing Director Intertrust Netherlands, gave testimony today.

The enquiry was initiated by the parliamentary committee on fiscal structures. This temporary committee aims to get more insight into international fiscal structures and the role that market participants play. The committee, consisting of 6 members of the Dutch House of Representatives, will hear testimony from 23 experts and people directly involved in the Dutch trust industry. In preparation for the enquiry, Intertrust submitted a Position Paper with our views on the industry and our positioning.
