Following the new Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) regime we’re pleased to have been granted a TCSP License in Hong Kong.

Under the new TCSP regime, companies providing trust or corporate services in Hong Kong now need to be licensed by the Registrar of Companies, and comply with the requirements of the AMLO, including customer due diligence and record-keeping.

James Donnan, Managing Director of Intertrust Hong Kong said: “Intertrust is regulated in many jurisdictions and applies a consistent standard across the Group. We welcome the introduction of the TCSP licensing regime in Hong Kong which confirms the importance of regulating the trust and corporate services industry, while ensuring that Hong Kong maintains its reputation as a leading international financial centre.”
