Intertrust announces senior management appointments in Luxembourg

Intertrust, a leading global provider of expert administrative services to clients operating and investing in the international business environment, has announced two executive management appointments in the Luxembourg office. This follows continued growth which has resulted in adding a large number of new employee appointments, additional business units and centres of excellence.

Romuald Minatchy has been appointed as Executive Director and member of the local Management Team in Luxembourg. Romuald will be actively involved in the management of a range of Business Units. Romuald joined Intertrust Luxembourg in December 2016 as a Business Unit Director, and later, in December 2017, was appointed Director Business Operations. He played an important role working on IFRS and consolidation, regulatory and internal services, as well as being responsible for the coordination and follow-up of KPI management with all Business Units.

Patrick van Denzen has also been appointed as Executive Director and member of the local Management Team in Luxembourg. Patrick joined Intertrust on 17 September and will also be involved in the management of Business Units, as well as Business Operations. Patrick brings more than 20 years of experience in the corporate services industry in Luxembourg and The Netherlands, having worked at TMF Group (preceded by ABN AMRO Trust and Equity Trust which were merged into TMF Group) as a member of their Management team responsible for Client Service Delivery and Business Operations, with his last role being Chief Operating Officer.
