Intertrust bolsters its Capital Markets team with senior appointments

Intertrust, global leader in providing expert administrative services to clients operating and investing in the international business environment, has strengthened its Capital Markets Business Development team in the UK with two high profile appointments.

Jason Wolfe has joined as head of business development, Capital Markets in the UK. With nearly 20 years’ experience originating and delivering structured finance transactions to a wide range of clients, Jason previously worked for large financial institutions including ABN AMRO Bank, the Royal Bank of Scotland and boutique structured finance firm Cohen & Company. In his new role, Jason will be responsible for leading the business development team in London in delivering capital markets solutions to clients.

Jason has extensive experience working across a wide range of asset classes covering auto loans and leases, consumer loans, credit cards, equipment leases, mortgage loans, trade receivables, SME loans, covered bonds, NPLs and whole loan sales.  He has designed transactions across an equally wide range of jurisdictions.

Jamie Riley has also joined the Capital Markets team as associate director, business development. Jamie has nearly 20 years’ experience in the banking and capital markets industry, having worked predominantly at large financial institutions including HSBC, BNY Mellon and Deutsche Bank.

Jamie has a wealth of experience in sales and relationship management, providing trust and agency related services with a focus on structured markets. Jamie has worked across a variety of structures and asset classes including ABS, MBS and NPL portfolios, working closely with arrangers, issuers and third parties and most recently with an increased focus in the high yield and loan space.

Jamie will be responsible for assisting clients and intermediaries in the delivery of capital markets solutions and growing Intertrust’s Capital Markets offering.
