Intertrust continues its support to MND as main sponsor of the London City Swim
1 June 2018
Intertrust, a leading global provider of expert administrative services, announces that it continues its sponsorship of the London City Swim, taking place in London Docklands on Friday 21 September 2018 from 4pm. The open water swim seeks to increase awareness and raise much-needed funds for Motor Neuron Disease (MND).
This year funds raised will go to Project AMBRoSIA, MND Association’s biggest research project to date, looking to understand the progress of the disease, the various types of MND and how each type affects those living it. The swim is supported by charities MND Association and The Stephen Hawking Foundation.
The open water competition aims to attract hundreds of swimmers who, in teams of four, will take part in a 500 metre race. The fastest swimmers from the team event will then compete against each other in a sprint.
The event premiered in London last year following various successful editions in Amsterdam and New York. In its first year, the London City Swim raised £144,000, whereby Intertrust was the proud main sponsor.
Watch the video below for the highlights of last year, and jump in with Intertrust on 21 September.
