Intertrust Hong Kong is proud to have received the Caring Company Award from the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) in recognition of its commitment to caring for the community, their employees, and the environment.

At Intertrust, we strive to contribute to a sustainable future for the community. Being awarded as a Caring Company for five consecutive years confirms our long-term commitment to corporate social responsibility. Our CSR representative and HR team celebrated this achievement at the ceremony held at HKCEC on 16 March 2018.

Launched by HKCSS in 2002, the Caring Company Scheme (the Scheme) aims to cultivate good corporate citizenship. It’s specifically geared to building strategic partnerships among businesses and non-profit organisations to create a more cohesive society. The Scheme also endeavors to promote partnership between the business and the social welfare sectors. Through cross-sectoral activities and exchanges, the two sectors can get to know and understand each other and develop community projects to support community needs.

We’ve been partnering with St. James’ Settlement for a number of charity events which focus on youth and education, including taking underprivileged children on farm trips, to Ocean Park, and to visit the Fire & Ambulance Academy. We were also involed in their signature fund raising run, GOrun Together.
