Watch the recording >Regarding: The maximum 450,000,000 SEK 2011/2016 bonds (ISIN SE0004296671) issued by Bactiguard Holding AB (the “Bonds”).
Bactiguard Holding AB’s proposal to amend the terms and conditions for the Bonds and permit an increase of the group’s overdraft credit facility has been approved by the bondholders.
On 7 November 2013 CorpNordic, in its capacity as agent for the Bonds, initiated a procedure in writing upon request from Bactiguard. The procedure in writing was closed on 22 November 2013. Bondholders representing 75 % of the outstanding Bonds unanimously approved Bactiguards’s proposal.
The conditions for the effectiveness of the amendments have been fulfilled and the amendments take effect on 22 November 2013. The amended terms and conditions can be downloaded from CorpNordic’s web page in a consolidated form.
