Watch the recording >Reference is made to Mobylife Holding A/S’s senior secured notes with ISIN SE0005936382.
Intertrust CN (Sweden) AB, acting in its capacity as agent for the noteholders under the terms and conditions of the notes, hereby wish to inform the noteholders that it has come to the agent’s attention that Mobylife Holding A/S has not taken the STIBOR-floor into consideration when making interest payments in respect of the notes. Hence, the noteholders have not received the full amount of interest they have been entitled to pursuant to the terms and conditions of the notes.
This concern the interest payments made on the following interest payment dates:
- 25 May 2015
- 24 August 2015
- 23 November 2015
- 23 February 2016
Corrections of the interest payments will be made by way of Mobylife Holding A/S making payments of additional interest plus default interest on the overdue amount to those who were entitled to receive interest payment on one or several of the interest payment dates listed above due to being a noteholder on the record date in relation to one or several of the above listed interest payment dates.
The correction of the interest payment made on 23 February 2016 has already been made via Euroclear on 1 March 2016.
The corrections of the three remaining interest payments made during 2015 will be effectuated by payments from Danske Bank, on behalf of Mobylife Holding A/S, to the authorized nominees. The payments are expected to occur around 21 March 2016. The agent will contact the authorized nominees with further information on the payments.
