Återbetalningsdag för obligationerna är den dag som infaller trettiosex (36) månader efter Emissionsdagen dvs. 15 februari 2022. Emittenten har även rätt att flytta Återbetalningsdagen framåt (3) månader efter ordinarie Återbetalningsdagen enligt punkt 9.4 i villkoren för obligationslånet.
Emittenten önskar att Återbetalningsdagen för obligationerna förlängs med (3) månader vilket innebär att 15 maj 2022 blir den nya Återbetalningsdagen. Emittenten ska därmed återbetala Obligationerna den 15 maj 2022 med Nominellt Belopp samt upplupen men inte betald ränta.
