Watch the recording >To the holders of the up to SEK 350,000,000 (or its equivalent in NOK and USD) Senior Secured Callable Fixed Rate Bonds due 2019 with ISIN SE0009696479, NO0010787617, NO0010787625 (the “Bonds”) issued by Koggbron Projekt AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 24 March 2017.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 1st of June 2023 and last date to vote was 20th of June 2023, the agent hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the amendment and restatement of the Terms and Conditions and to provide certain consents and waivers under the Terms and Conditions (the “Request”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request was accepted by 75.69 per cent of the eligible votes.
The amended and restated terms and conditions will be made available on Intertrust’s website.
