Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this notice shall have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Notice for second written procedure
Intertrust (Norway) AS is acting as Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders under the Terms and Conditions.
On 26 May 2020, the Trustee initiated a Written Procedure upon the request from a bondholder representing more than 10 per cent of the Adjusted Nominal Amount (“Kreditfonden”). The Written Procedure which ended 10 June 2020 at 18.00 (CET) did not meet the quorum requirement set out in Clause 20.10 of the Terms and Conditions as 30.80 per cent of the Adjusted Nominal Amount participated in the Written Procedure and 68,5 per cent of the eligible votes approved of the request subject for the Written Procedure.
As requested by Kreditfonden and acting in its capacity as Trustee for the Bondholders under the Terms and Conditions, the Trustee hereby initiates a second written procedure (the “Second Written Procedure”) in accordance with cl. 20.11 of the Terms and Conditions. The proposal (the “Proposal”) subject for the Second Written procedure and the background thereto is described in Section A (Background and Proposal).
