Watch the recording >Reference is made to the maximum SEK 1,500,000,000 (or its equivalent in EUR) secured floating rate bonds 2022/2025, issued by Patriam Invest AB (publ), with ISIN: SE0017769391 (SEK BONDS) and ISIN: SE0017769409 (EUR BONDS), under the Terms and Conditions dated 25 May 2022 (the “Terms and Conditions“).
It has come to our attention that a drafting mistake has been discovered in the Terms and Conditions, where the term “Existing Debt” in Section 1 (Definition and Construction) is incorrectly defined as “the bonds issued by the Issuer with ISIN SE0017232002 and SE0017232010 under the terms and conditions dated 23 November 2020.“.
It is hereby confirmed that the current definition of “Existing Debt” in Section 1 (Definition and Construction) is incorrect due to an obvious drafting error and that the correct definition shall read “the maximum of SEK 400,000,000 (or its equivalent in EUR) senior secured fixed rate bonds 2020/2023, with ISIN: SE0014855524 (SEK Bonds) and ISIN: SE0014855516, issued by the Issuer, under the terms and conditions dated 23 November 2020.”.
The Agent hereby gives notice to all Bondholders of the amendment of the Terms and Conditions, which is made in accordance with Clause 19(a)(i) of the Terms and Conditions and has come into force on 25 October 2023.
