Watch the recording >To the holders of senior secured fixed rate bonds due 9 Novmeber 2020 with ISIN NO 001 080980.9 (the “Bonds”) issued by Blåfjell AS (the “Issuer”) on 9 November 2017.
Intertrust (Norway) AS (the “Trustee) is acting as Trustee on behalf of the Bondholders under the terms and conditions relating to the Bonds dated 9 November 2019 (the “Terms and Conditions”).
Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
The Trustee is hereby convening for a Bondholders’ Meeting in accordance with cl. 20 of the Terms and Conditions. The purpose of the Bondholders’ Meeting is for the Bondholders to elect members to a Bondholders’ Committee in accordance with cl. 18 in the Terms and Conditions (the “Agenda”)
For the full description of the Agenda, please see the notice which can be downloaded as per below. A Norwegian translation of the notice is attached thereto as Schedule 2. In case of inconsistency between the Norwegian translation and the English text, the English text shall prevail.
