Watch the recording >To holders of the up to SEK 200,000,000 bonds with ISIN SE0012481307, NO0010849193 and NO0010849201 (the “Bonds”) issued by Hancap AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 30 April 2019.
The Issuer has failed to redeem the Bonds on the Final Maturity Date on 30 October 2020. The Trustee has been in contact with the representatives of the Issuer several times without no concrete plan in regards of the redemption.
In our capacity as Trustee, we hereby notify you in accordance with Clause 13.10(c) of the Terms and Conditions, that an Event of Default under Clause 13.1 (Non-Payment) have occurred.
The Trustee shall, within twenty Business Days of the date on which the Trustee received actual knowledge of that an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, decide if the Bonds shall be accelerated. If the Trustee decides not to accelerate the Bonds, the Trustee shall promptly seek instructions form the bondholders in accordance with clause 16 of the Terms and Conditions (Decisions by Bondholders).
Further, as of the date of this notice, the Issuer has not remedied the previous breach of the Terms and Conditions set forth in the notice sent by the Trustee to the Holders on 3 August 2020 in regards of the failure to pay the Interest Payment due on 30 July 2020.
