In the written procedure for which notice was given on 21 June 2018 and for which the last date to vote was originally 13 July 2018, the requisite majority of noteholders had approved the proposals on 28 June 2018 and accordingly the proposals were deemed approved by and binding upon all noteholders in accordance with the voting requirements of the terms and conditions of the notes.
