Watch the recording >To the bondholders of the up to SEK 150,000,000 senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0011415207 (the “Bonds”) issued by Brocc Bonds 2 AB (publ) (the “Issuer”) on 14 August 2018.
In the written procedure for which notice was given on 13 July 2023 and last date to vote was 8 August 2023, the Trustee hereby announces the successful completion of the written procedure in relation to the Bonds regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions (the “Request”) and for authorisation for the board of directors of the Issuer (the “Authorisation”).
A sufficient number of bondholders participated in the written procedure and the Request and the Authorisation were accepted by 100 per cent of the eligible votes.
