Watch the recording >Intertrust (Sweden) AB, acting in its capacity as agent for the holders af the notes issued by Melitho AB (publ) amounting to SEK 140,000,000 , 8,25 % due 2017 with ISIN SE0006168258 (the “Bonds”), under the terms and conditions of the Bonds, initiated on 17 november 2016 a written procedure where the bondholders were asked to approve to amend the terms and conditions. The request contained a number of proposed amendments to the terms and conditions in order to enable the Issuer to use funds and assets on certain blocked accounts, which do not generate any return, for a partial redemption of the bonds.
By way of written procedure the bondholders resolved to amend and restate the terms and conditions which shall become effective immediately when the resolution is passed mening on the 8 December 2016.
It was noted that over 50 per cent of the total outstanding loan amount replied thus the requirements for quorum were met and the amended terms and conditions is deemed to be accepted since over 67 per cent of the holders that provided replies in the written procedure approved the proposal.
