Watch the recording >Intertrust (Sweden) AB in its capacity as Agent (the “Agent”) for the holders of the notes (the “Noteholders”) with SEK ISIN: NO0011134413 and NOK ISIN: NO0011134405– SEK 2,550,000,000 & NOK 2,500,000,000 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes 2021/2026, issued by Cidron Romanov Limited (the “Issuer”) on 22 October 2021 (the “Notes”), following the request by the Issuer, the Agent hereby initiates a written procedure (the “Written Procedure”), whereby the Noteholders can approve or reject the proposal to make certain amendments to the terms and conditions for the Notes (the “Terms and Conditions”).
The Issuer asks the Noteholders to approve a request from the Issuer (the “Request“). For further details of the Request and the background and rationale relating thereto, please see the full notice which can be found below.
