Watch the recording >To holders of the up to SEK 200,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes with ISIN SE0010985978 (the “Notes”) issued by Moment Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer”).
Terms defined in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in this notice, unless otherwise defined herein.
At the request of the Issuer, the Agent hereby initiates a written procedure (the “Written Procedure”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes (the “Terms and Conditions”) whereby the Noteholders can approve or reject a proposal from the Issuer to make certain other amendments to the Terms and Conditions and
the Intercreditor Agreement. Noteholders are urged to carefully review and consider the details of this notice of Written Procedure in its entirety.
