A debt listing agent on The International Stock Exchange

Intertrust Group’s Jersey office is a Category 1 member of  TISE. This means we can act as a listing agent to issuers based in any jurisdiction to facilitate the listing of debt securities here.

Once a listing is obtained, the issuer must adhere to the Listing Rules and the continuing obligations of TISE, we’re on hand to provide an ongoing service for the life of the listing.

As a listing agent, we’ll assess the issuer or business, and the wider transaction, for their suitability to have debt listed and will prepare listing applications and ancillary documents. We’ll review the prospectus and issuing documents to ensure compliance with Listing Rules, and will liaise with TISE to receive comments and process final listing applications. We’re your trusted guide when it comes to liaising with the issuer and lead lawyers regarding the timing of the listing, background information and any non-conformity with listing requirements.

While the debt is listed, we’ll also continue with the following obligations:

  • Act as liaison between issuer and TISE such that they are made aware of any material events or changes to the notes
  • Maintain close communication channels with the issuer
  • Ensure that any communications from TISE are passed on to the issuer
