Our areas of expertise
Our AIFMD related services provide the requisite substance, infrastructure, staff, means, systems, reporting disclosure, and supervision of service providers and delegated activities to comply with the Directive. We adhere to the directive’s 16 prescriptive requirements and- we have the best human capital and technology system in the outsourced AIFM industry.
Some of the largest corporations and governments throughout the world use our risk and compliance technology solution.
It involves a step-by-step work flow tool that covers all quantitative and qualitative aspects of the requirements/key areas of responsibility. No question will be left unanswered by our AIFM team before producing an Annex IV report via our system.
Our technology works by taking data from fund administrators, custodians’ prime brokers and other data providers, inputting it into our quantitative risk management tool and performing the necessary risk management calculations prescribed by the directive. We then focus on the qualitative risk and compliance management questions outlined by the directive. Once all calculations and questions are answered and internally reviewed we produce an XML-ready Annex IV report. Following a discussion with the portfolio manager we submit this report to the applicable regulator.
