Complying with UBO registration requirements

As part of a set of regulations aiming to strengthen tax transparency and address aggressive tax planning, several European jurisdictions have introduced a register of UBOs. All companies, partnerships and other entities incorporated or founded in these jurisdictions need to register their UBO information.
